Here you can see all the "Bling Bling" I put on my Hanfu.
I bought so many beads and filigran metal element to create all the jewelry we both needed.
It take quite a long to make all these bead-strings.

Why did you choose a Chinese design and not Japanese, like the origins of the reborn Senshi? How do Uranus and Neptune connect to China?

Umm, I don't know what you want to hear.
We wanted to make our own Hanfus and because Urnanus+Neptune fits us the best, we combine this together. Our first plan was to wear this costumes on a Sailor Moon Fan Meeting.
There aren't more reasons..

I realize my comments came off as more harsh than I meant: I just am curious why you first though "hanfu" when you saw these characters instead of maybe "kimono" or "12-layer outfit."

No, you understood it wrong XD
In the first place we wanted to make hanfus, and only in the second idea we combine the dresses with the characters.
The background of this idea was to create an own fashion for Michiru and Haruka, as they could wear in the ancient Silver Millenuim on their own planet. In the Manga Uranus and Neptune (and the other Senshis) have their own planet-castles... so why they shouldn't also have their own fashion?
