It's the Year of the Dragon this year, so I had to do a Chinese dragon. And Sonic. Drinking tea. Because tea is awesome.I spent way too many hours on this. First pic for 2012, woot!

I like that there are using pretty little flowery cups. The lighting and lanterns are amazing and as always you display your skill in reptilian anatomy.

I'm not sure something like Sonic would need anymore caffeine (or sugar). It's an interesting idea though, but what I particularly like is your use of textures and the lighting that you chose.

I like the style in which you drew the dragon - it looks very realistic as opposed to the more traditional appearance. This one seems to have more of an aura of mystery about it, and the way it's holding its mouth gives me the impression that he's (she's?) speaking to Sonic rather than just smiling.

The dragon is basically a plateosaurus with frilly bits. :-D
And of course he's talking! All Chinese dragons can talk! They're very educated and cultured. But this one is probably swapping tall tales with Sonic. When you get a dragon going on tall tales, they get very, very tall. But Sonic can match them.
