THIS CAME OUT SO AWESOME!!!!!!
It's amazing what doing more basic shapes when you begin and having some screenshots to reference off can do to a picture. The monster point is pretty much drawn based on a specific screenshot, but brain point is my own pose, and I'm ecstatic about that. 
Poor Chopper. Such a little ball of angst he is. XD *hugs him tight*

I don't watch one peice. Oo and I've seen Chopper before, but either looking like a giant bull moose or a short chibi deer. I only thought he had about 2 or 3 different forms. (including the actual reindeer one.)

Chopper's Heavy point has changed into a terrible gruffy voice in that dub....that's just part of it.
The current Funimation dub is worth watching. Chopper's cute voice stays the same in Heavy Point.

Okay, explanation time.
Yes, Chopper USUALLY has 3 forms. These are the walk point (I think. the reindeer one you mentioned), the brain point (the one he usually hangs out in, where he's full of cuteness) and the heavy point (he becomes more humanlike and really masculine. XD It's funny with the tiny voice)
BUT Chopper invented a medicine that affects his powers called the rumble ball. This allows more forms when he eats it for 3 minutes. These include horn point, arm point, guard point, and jump point.
But the rumble balls have a flaw. The more he takes within 6 hours (I think it's 6), the more he loses control of his powers. If he has one, he's fine. Does 2, it becomes really hard for him to get the form he wants right. 3, and...well, he becomes that thing. [link] AKA his Monster point.
The monster point is a last resort point only, for several reasons. Chopper goes into an uncontrollable rage. He loses his mind and is unable to control his actions. Also, the amount of power taken up from using this form is possibly enough to be lethal to him.

A nerd in my description, is someone who very familiar and interested in technology, math, science,(sometimes) But mainly a person who keeps to themself, and doesn't have such an outgoing personality. They have a familiar group of friends originating from their likes. It is not true that all nerds wear glasses, or get beaten up, or even qualify to the standards I just suggested. I'm a bit of a nerd myself, but with digital designing. Computers basically.
