Description
Here's my fourth drawing for the art challenge and this one involves turning a trash can into a character. So I came up with Burt in the process.Burt is the proprietor of the Elmore Dump, where he has a load of every trash from all over town and somehow, managed to make a living off of it, mostly to high-strung any customers who wants to obtain what they're looking for with a huge price, earning him contempt for his greed and his lack of sympathy for those who can't afford them.

I never imagined Elmore had two, but it is a pretty large town.

Mr. Rex might be even worse because he claimed everything in the junkyard for himself and Tina.

(With this, Brian and his friend headed to the Watterson residence. Meanwhile, Gumball, Darwin and Carrie made it back to their place...only to see that it had changed as well)
