After another two day delay, I finally can resume with this month's art challenge...again.
Anyway, the next list is to create an OC for the PPG fandom and instead of making the usual PPG OCs, I decide to create an OC who would fit into a supporting role, so I created Joe as a result.
Joe, like one of many citizens of Townsville, has gotten use to the super heroic actions of the Powerpuff Girls, beating up baddies on a daily basis. However, as the janitor, he is dedicated to cleaning up whatever mess the girls would leave behind, much to his dismay, as their actions have made it difficult for him to clean up the whole city. Despite this, he is grateful for having the Powerpuff Girls around, but wishes that they be more careful.

Probably someone who is more obsessed with cleaning up things and since Joe has experience as a janitor (as well as being a jack of all trades), I figure a clean-theme villain would do just the trick.
