I love it when I am scrolling through art and a piece makes me stop and go "wow" seriously "wow"
First of all major respects for being able to convey her emotion perfectly! I loved how the animators did all of her facial expressions and you replicated it in your own fantastic way! The light contrast of the candles in the wall make the entire picture stand out and have a glowy feel to it. Not to mention the shading which is also fantastic. Just all around AMAZING

I wonder if she ever regretted the music ban. to be honest I don't blame her for feeling hurt but to make her family choose like that...I mean yes family's important but to ban music is a bit extreme in my opinion. its like she wasn't really thinking about Coco or the family but wanted to forget her own pain, and making her in laws become shoe makers was almost like a way to make sure they didn't hurt her next a kin...like in addition to music she made them give up their dreams and etc to be apart of the family. Family's important yes don't misunderstand but it felt sort of like an unhealthy obsession to keep the family close.
though I won't lie...in the most hardest choices people have to make the one that feel right even if it means giving up something.
