Sorry to be negative, but that looks almost nothing like OS X Leopard. You've re-used the MAX/MIN/CLOSE buttons from Tiger OS X, And the taskbar looks nothing like that in Leopard. In Leopard it is smooth, grey, with no rounded corners on the title bar.

On the darker theme, the traffic lights RED/GREEN/YELLOW go gray scale when you "mouse over them".
