I guess you already know that you can't use the latest version of iTunes with MultiPlugin. I'm using version 7.0.2.16 which you can download here [link] Then just download MultiPlugin 2.5 here [link] For me those works just fine

Thanks for the comment! Not sure what do you mean by "Avedesk mod" because I'm not using anything special. All those desktop icons with descriptions on the right side of the icons you can make by Avedesk: Desklets -> Add.. -> PidlShortcut. Then double click the item so you can change the options.
