Description
Wanted to make a werewolf, and use some old charcoal I had lying around so I did this quick A2 sketch- I'm quite rusty with charcoal and I hope it turned out well, gave myself a time limit of an hour to see how much I could draw...
I will draw several more werewolves, but using either a pencil or pigment ink, since I'm just too rusty with this!
Notes: Werewolves are my favorite legendary beasts, apart from maybe dragons, and I have seen my fare share of concept art and movies - the design I liked most however was the one form the 1981. American werewolf in London - among the best quadruped werewolves ever created, but I also kinda liked the half-naked design on werewolves from Dog soldiers and US' Being human
- Most werewolves you see are either standing upright or are just big wolves ( damn twilight ugh...), but a werewolf is supposed to be a monstrous creature of the night, something that causes nightmares, fear and cold shivers down your spine, so I tried to make a design that would do that - maybe I shouldn't have started with charchoal though

This makes me think of the werewolves from the game Legendary, in which you play as a mercenary trying to close Pandora's Box. The werewolves in the game are almost like yours but only the Alphas have fur and tails, also they suffer from a hyper-active metabolism, causing their bodies to shrivel and force them to constantly hunt day and night.

Oh, and damn good Werewolf design, too. Looks better than anything in the gawd-awful "Teen Wolf" series.
I say 'Teen Wolf' because making fun of "Twilight" was so 2-years ago.

With perhaps a "Survival Ribbon" wrapped around it like some kind of initiation or blood pack type ritual, or something.
The floofy ones are too hokey & cliche.

Dobar ti je ovaj. Samo se pozabavi kontrastima malo i linijom. I iako nisi planirao pozadinu raditi detaljnu neku mozes mu nacrtati malo bacene sjene samo kod nogu di stoji da se dobije dojam prostora. Ali da jeziv je kakav i treba bit. Oci...

Ma opcenito ne volim bas raditi s ugljenom, sjencanje mi nikad bas nije islo... Pozadinu sam napravio tek tak, neznam zakaj uopce, naskrabao sam je u 30 sekundi doslovno
Neznam, usred crtanja je nekaj poslo po zlu s glavom i sad mi izgleda kao yorkshire terrier xD?

S ugljenom mozes napraviti odlicne prijelaze kao s olovkom ali 10 puta brze. Dobar je ugljen jer se lagano brise i popravlja i sve.

Bilo bi fora da ti nacrtas neko cudoviste, vec nisi neko vrijeme - volio bi vidjeti kak bi se ti snaso s ugljenom na alienu npr

Ma ugljen nije za to bas. Aliene sam usem crtao ali nista posebno. Dosade ti cudovista. Zmajeve tu i tamo nacrtam ali to je lagano i brzo. Budem neku zvijer arisao vec. Mozda s akrilom u boji
