Well, my first real digital painting. Not really a speed paint since i did spend around 5 hours on this.Its my first in depth attempt into the genre of digital painting which i hope to get into much more as its something that has fascinated me since ages.
Many thanks to numerous people for the advanced feedback and comments during the work.

If this is your first attempt at digital painting, I have to say we have great times ahead. As usual, you have a great attention to detail. The cloud work is nice. The only thing I can see that stands out is the break between the bare ground and the ice/snow on the left seems like a hard line. It could use a bit of softening IMHO.

Lookin good man, looking good. It takes quite some time to get in to the real jungle of painting. Me personally, haven't really got my machete yet hehe. I'm gettin there slowly tho, got ALOT of this you guys haven't seen yet

the icebergs are the greatest part, they really have that cold, hard look to them and seem that parts have been freshly broken off too

Only 5 hours? For your first it's incredible! I'd love to be able to draw clouds like those, so fluffy and wispy. I like the look of the glacier too. Very cool.
I'm also a big fan of Digital Art, but not very good at all. If you have any tips or know of any tutorials, please let me know. I need all the help I can get.
