Oh no the weirdest art ever. The line art is just a traditionally inked sketch and just colored with Photoshop by setting the layer into multiply and coloring with the layer below it OTL.

Anyways, this is Ronami, with her Arcana Chain. The Arcana Chain is a weapon with a keyblade on each of the ends of the chain. It was created with the use of magic, tarot cards, two keyblades abandoned during the time of Birth by Sleep, and a long chain.
