What does Moe mean anyway?

Moe means cutie cutie. So if you call an anime "moe", that anime is all about cutie cutie girls, cute stuff, fan-service, etc... Boys are barely involved. There are no pairings aside from yuri pairings. Though I kinda changed the meaning of "moe" in the theme title I used in this artwork...
