Very nice, I like the unusual "feathery" approach to his tail and how elegant he looks too The scenery is good, the further away areas (rocks/cliffs) seem kinda rushed, but you can get away with it here since things become blurry after some distance underwater anyway. Some fish in the school could be rotated a bit more, it's true they generally all swim the same way but there's usually some angled a bit different, here they look too "copy/paste" (which is fine, even I do it, but some greater variation in size, angle and even brightness/colour can make it more natural-looking Maybe the direction of the school of fish can bend or "flow" to compliment the character more too, their straight path seems to visually run right into his tail The corals look great though, almost 3D-looking
