I almsot tought for a second "he almost she have made it a bit bigger", but then I considered it was a Micronauts thing, so the smaller size may be extra appropriate.

its probably heresy to not include The Enterprise in the top 5, and on any given day it might be in there, but today i went with the Raider. And if it was in the list, it would be the Motion Picture version, from the first feature film!

A tough qestion that - I must have Kit bashed or scratch built nearly all of them in the last 30 odd years.
My all times are
White star
Serenity
Endeavor
Millenium falcon
Eagle transporter
High wind
I really like the Big 4 engined chome cruiser from star wars II (the one that was blown up in the opening scene)
And of course you're quite right the Enterprise from the motion picture was by far the best.
