Description yay! 2nd SH wallpaper! This one is 1500x1125, pretty big, huh? So colourful now, I really don't know, what was the inspiration (oh wait. An autumn and Jeremy Brett, mainly).

Anyway, it is my tribute to fantastic Jeremy Brett, who's playing Sherlock Holmes (my current obsession). This quote is from A Study in Scarlet, of course, Sherlock's words. I wanted to put 'Trying to be Sherlock Holmes is like trying to catch an arrow in mid-flight' but well, wallpapers about Holmes should have Holmes' quotations, so...

This is adorable! I love it. (though I think two of those pics are supposed to be the Russian Holmes and Watson. ) Color scheme and composition are great. As far as criticism: the top "photo" is obscured by all the filters on it. It's a little too messy and takes away from the art in the picture. Also, you probably didn't need to have "Jeremy Holmes" on there simply because the font and way it fits in the picture is inconsistent with the old-fashioned tone of it. It's right on top of one of the most important parts of the whole thing, being Holmes, so maybe moving it to a part of the wall paper that isn't noticed right away would fix that. Everything else is fab and beautiful.

I don't like colours so much, it's too vivid like for me (I just accept it due to the bond with autumn, which is the best season EVAR!)
Firstly, this photo on the top was brighter, but it was really strange (something like 'yellow toilet paper' effect; trust me, now it looks better then before layers, so imagine how creepy it's been! O.o)
I really do like the font, but next time I wanna try to put a 'Sherlock Holmes' handwriting' type into next wallpaper (yea, something like this exists!). Could you read my journal to check if something like this matches my next project??

Personally I like this one better than the black and white version, probably because the colours are so vivid in this. They give the whole thing a strong impact.
Love the little nails pinning up the pictures.
Just one thing I do notice, the white area in Holmes' right hand (in the bottom right corner) is cut out. A mistake with the magic wand tool? That's easily fixed with the brush tool xD

omg, I've totally forgot about the main jeremy's picture! Damn you, magic easter tool! I think it was a mistake with layers... totally can't fix it now (I'm writing a screenplay to my school, that's why)... But I will, next weekend and I'm free!
