Description Mother and Child -you can see the effect of the Zebra stripes, a Lion can´t see a single Zebra so its harder for him to attack.
But I´ve taken this Photo because of its esthetical not its educating potencial

Nein im Kölner Zoo war ich noch nicht, das Bild entstand in der ZOOM-Erlebniswelt in Gelsenkirchen formerly known as Ruhr Zoo. Der Zoo wird komplett überarbeitet und soll bald zu den modernsten Europas gehören, aber ich habe da so meine Zweifel.

great portrait a deeper focus however would have been a bit more stunning
if both the front zebra and the back one were in focus there would be a very interesting effect from two patterns hitting eachother
