Cypherus Grem

Ears: Ribbed
Neck: Bare
Tail: Thick

Mutations: Leech body+manipulation, Blood draining, Mobile skeleton (through worm manipulation)

This grem died a lost traveler, exhausting their energy before they were able to cross out of the expanse of swampland they were passing through, and falling victim to the cold waters and its eager parasites. Now it wanders, an uneasily sickly looking creature of unknown intent.
The majority of this grem's internal anatomy is occupied by the worms it now shares its body and consciousness with, and it can manipulate these worms freely to the extent that it can use them as makeshift tendons/connective tissue to keep parts of its skeleton together even while the majority of its mass can migrate to a separate part of it. (It will never leave its bones behind, as they are an integral part of it, as well as a vulnerable spot.)

It can separate individual worms from its body, which can move quickly and unpredictably when submerged in liquid, helping it in its search for the blood that it needs to sustain itself. Using the energy it gains from these feedings, it can also rebuild any parts of its outer body/skin that it damages.
