Though for now, the importance of volleyball to her is more of an ego thing, more to do with her pride as a manager- as an individual, and not yet something she feels as being part of a team.
strengths:
- clever - she's able to devise strategies for matches- or at least suggest them.
- studious - enjoys studying what she can about volleyball that would help her team. Would review old tournament videos for strategy ideas, etc. Learning comes with studying so she takes delight in those two things. To be able to learn so much wouldn't be possible if she was already knowledgeable, so that's at least one good thing about being new to the sport.
- empathetic - although unwilling to let others know of her personal feelings, she's very willing to listen and understand her team with whatever it is they need. Need to vent? She's there to listen and comfort you.
- businesslike - she does everything systematically and efficiently. Rarely ever late. She's organized and neat. Feel free to also leave your things with her, she'll take care of them while you practice.
- documentations - she likes to keep track of records, etc. She enjoys writing in general so she likes to take care of documents and such. She helps out during practice with score-keeping since she's not exactly good at the sport itself.
weaknesses:
- spacey - tends to space out often, whatever it is she's doing.
- stamina - her stamina isn't much, so she can't overexert herself with physical activities.
- insecure - she doesn't have much confidence with herself in regards to managing the volleyball club due to inexperience. When something goes wrong, she feels that it's her fault.
- cowardly - too scared to set appointments with other teams for practice. When she feels like it's something she can't do, she makes up a reason as to why she can't take on that responsibility. Very easily intimidated. That kind of makes it difficult for her to freely talk to the other teams and their managers during practices/camps, although she tries. Keyword is tries.
- inexperienced - she hasn't been following volleyball for a long time, so there are still things she's unfamiliar with. Although yes, her inexperience is one of her weaknesses, she sees this as an opportunity to grow.

biography:
Not much to say about her family- it was as normal as can be. They weren't that rich, but her siblings were the type of people to aim high, you know? Wanting to be the best at whatever it is they wanted to do. And her parents were just as enthusiastic and supportive. They're great, and she loves her family, but she felt out of place.
What did she have to strive for? She studied hard, got good grades, but in regards to her future, she had no idea at all. She had almost no interest. Did wanting to get good grades count? Maybe.
One time, her older brother asked for her help to do manager work for his team- their manager wasn't present, so he asked her to fill the role for a day. She accepted, and found that it wasn't too bad. Maybe this was something she could devote a bit of her high school life to. She's anxious about the idea, but pushed the thought away. She just had to work hard, as she's always done before. Everything will be fine!
She's not as passionate about volleyball as others, but slowly, so slowly, she began to love it. Seeing how passionate everyone else are for volleyball, she wishes that one day, she'll feel the same way.

+ hard-working: she tries to make up for her shortcomings by working extra hard. Even for the club, though she's not very passionate about the sport, she still gives it her all.
+ patient: she's very understanding in general, especially towards the team. The only thing she's impatient with is tardiness. She doesn't have much tolerance for such.
o impersonal: she doesn't like to share too much of her personal life and feelings with others. Although she may get along with a lot of people, she's seemingly unattached. But she does genuinely care for others, she just doesn't feel comfortable expressing herself completely.
o unambitious: she seems to just be getting by without a goal in life. She's also noncompetitive, although tries not to show it for the sake of her team.
- fragile: despite the fact that she's not as passionate as others, when things go wrong, it hurts her a lot. In regards to the club, she tends to blame herself for every little mistake.
- insincere: when people ask for her opinion, she says what she thinks is best for them, even if it's something she doesn't really believe in. She wants other to feel good, and would lie about her feelings for them.
