Absolutely NO photoshop manipulation.

She stood there, hand out-stretched for about 4 -5 minutes. I brought a flashlight and with the flashlight starting at the point of her open hand held it with the light facing the camera and walked closer towards the camera and then out of the cameras view. The movements that I made while walking with the flashlight came out as electric bolts leaving her open hand. Camera shutter speed was at the B setting to capture the movement of the light over a period of time as well as portray her figures opacity.
