Description
Commission for Frequent (on FA) of his character Frequency. There's two versions (one has blood), but I don't wanna mess around with mature content filters so no blood for you guys. :>STEP BY STEP (It's animated!): sta.sh/05r3jjzszbs (this one shows the blood >u>)

Commissioner asked for something sinister, and I thought "how can I make a textured bg comm more sinister?"... So I added blood. Insta-sinister. xD

I dunno, some story about the Old Chateau. You did play Diamond and Pearl, right?
There's a story about the ghosts that you see there; one in particular is an old man who walks off screen and if you follow him to where he disappeared, there is a trash bin with an Antidote inside it. Gives people the theory that everyone in the Chateau was poisoned. Another one of the ghosts appears when you go to the room where Rotom is hiding in the television. I can't remember what makes people decide it was Rotom instead of any of the Gastly there but the only Poison move Rotom can learn is Toxic which is taught via TM. So Rotom was used by a trainer to poison the family inside the Chateau.

Gengar has always been my favorite ghost pokemon; well, I actually like Haunter more. :I

My favourite ghost is Chandelure. Always loved how creepy it's cry is. ;u;
It's weird to think that Pokemon can have deep story lines for a game aimed at kids (mainly). Like, i'd bet that no kid was even interested in the ending of X/Y. I cried when that guy got his little Floette back. ;A;

I always imagine Pokemon to be geared towards young adults to begin with; ever since Red and Green, Pokemon has had a mature theme about it and even mentions things like Pokemon Dying and Crime Syndicates who kill them for profit. It's just that it had the Nintendo-spin on it so it was bright and colourful with cute monsters and stuff, but I imagined that pokemon with the early concepts wasn't exactly all fluff.
My sister likes Chandelure a lot too but I don't like how slow it is D:

Chandelure doesn't even have levitate. D: It like, dies to Earthquake too easy .u.
And they took away it's Hidden Ability, Shadow Tag, which kept your opponent from switching out. It would have been amazing then!
But no, it's pretty cool still, I guess >u>

.... okay so it sucks as competitive battling...
But it wins in terms of design! Can't argue with that.
I wish I had known earlier that it didn't have levitate. There was that ghost lady in the elite 4 and I never used earthquake on her chandelure because I just assumed it had levitate. xD
