Felix is a small, short legged stocky short furred golden tan tom, with dark grey markings lining his body such as a wing span over his shoulders, paws, muzzle & puma snout marking, tail tip, ears & eye wing stripes.
His undercoat is lighter and has brilliant dark blue eyes.
Felixs' growth is stunted however due to a mutation called Dwarfism, making his leggies much smaller & stockier than his siblings.
His appearance takes after his grandmother on his mothers side on some aspects with sprinkles of his fathers markings & eyes. He has a pink nose like his mother & large paws.
Personality
Around Strangers-

Felix has certainly been through a lot in his little life. His camp was flooded with sickness, fire & a mafia of lions that ripped apart and destroyed his home. Loosing him mom at a young age also plays a part in this, as she was his sole comfort device- not really clicking with anyone else other than Lathios his brother. After loosing him- He was left with Ven as they trio got lost and stranded themselves in the middle of nowhere. Strangers aren't something he's familiar with and likes to stay close to his siblings as they gave him the most moral support growing up. - Polite-
This is a trait that hasn't really morphed. Felix is still very polite no matter the situation and doesnt hesitate to show it. His dad taught him most of his good manners, during the breakout of plague back in Air- namely being to never interrupt anyone, get in anyones way or act too rambunctious. Granted he still snuck around with Latte much of his cubhood to escape the brutal reality of their fated empire, but you'll hardly ever see him bouncing off walls, or pushing into conversation groups. He'll hang back and wait.

This dwarf gets his imagination from his brother Latte. Playing 'Feather king' and mud wars were a few of his favorites, but his brother always seemed to know what to do to cheer him up. Felix in return has gotten a knack for making little treasures and gifts. Because the way lattes games made him happy, he wanted to return the favor but to anyone he cared for- So they could be happy as well. - Caring-
Empathetic is a great word to use for this cat. He finds it very easy to relate to things now-a-days than before, and you'll often see him condoning in a friend or sibling when they're down. Being an outlet for those in need is something he takes very seriously, and he doesnt want to loose that. - Gentle-
Nothing can stop this toms gentle nature I don't think. From his early stages of life he'd always been one to stay wary of the dangers and try not to let anyone get hurt- other creatures included. That being said he'd never let down on a hunt, and would love the opportunity to prove himself from his small stature, but lizards hold a special place in his heart as they were the first victims in his cubhood. Keeping friend, Lenard close adventure awaits the both of them.. but on a careful foot. - Playful-
You can't turn down a game if it comes across to him. Felix enjoys hide & seek more than anything.

Rather it's a good thing or a bad thing, if you're in trouble or about to be owned by whatever's in the scene, Felix will be by your side if not in between you and said conflict.

Felix has a sidekick Anole, named Lenard. He's a good kid. Love him.
Background
Felix was born on March 17th, to two caring and rather small parents, Quentin & Lunette, A caracal & AGC hybrid, and a Pumapard- Along with his 3 other siblings: Latios , Desmond , & Lavender . Felix and his siblings were like your normal batch of cubs, minus the small mutts short disability. They played, they tackled and snuggled when they got tired.
Everything seemed alright up until the night Felix's mother had disappeared, leaving the 4 cubs distraught and very upset. Quin took it the hardest, but used his energy on his kids praying Lu would one day return.
As the plague began to hit camp however, life didnt start to look up. Felix still woke up early every morning in wait for his long lost tri-podded momma, and every day until then cats slowly began to catch the dreaded sickness that would eventually kill them off once and for all. The Lutin family stayed safe, but only by a hair. Approaching apprenticeship, a pride of lion invaded camp and before long Felix, Latte & Ven were out on their own, Desmond & Quin nowhere to be found.
And one by one they were all plucked away, until the dwarf & his sister were the only ones left. Mentors Vanya & Tobi left before another tradgey struck in hopes to find the trio, and upon returning the four were captured and sent off with the remaining cage wagons.

Felix is pretty out going. As he sees nothing wrong with his ability, he does note his inability to be as fast as his siblings and or ability to complete simple tasks without struggling with his size. - TBA-

Felix doesn't understand why his legs are so short, but he hopes they won't be his down fall- at least for this young chapter in his life he likes to hope he'll grow in time. - But I was so close!
Small dwarf child hates losing & really would hate to stay the slowest in the pack. Especially when hes seconds away from the finish line.
