Oh, my goshies! Is this an OC I see here? An OC that I drew and created?

Why, yes. Yes, it is.

A few days ago, I was thinking about the way I draw Bigoriki (not in this gallery, FYI) and some other anthro birds, and somehow the idea of a fantasy world full of bird people came to me, as well as the idea of having a rooster and a hen as knights or swordsmen. However, a couple of days later, out of boredom, I thought about an OC concept that I came up with after watching Kung Fu Panda the first time, and I decided to revive the Crane look-a-like (who, by the way, actually did resemble a crane at the time, but also had bandages over one eye and around his head, instead of a scar alone) and sort-of-recreated him as a character in said fantasy world.

As per usual, I never really come up with a lot of ideas for the background behind my characters and stories, so here's what little I made about Hitori: he is a mysterious traveling swordsman of Japanese (part Chinese?) origin, who came across our heroes (the rooster and hen that I mentioned earlier) after having sailed/flown overseas to England (well, I thought of it as a somewhat medievil setting, and England's the first place to come up in terms of that ); his true motives are unknown, but he says that his wish is to fight a opponent that's worthy enough for his skills. On a side note, his name is a bit of a pun, since "hitori" as a whole means "one [person]" or "alone", while "tori" means "bird".

And this picture proves that I need to go to an "Over-shaders' Anonomyous (sp?)" of some sort. >.>
