This picture was made for a Beowulf parody project in Englsh class. Out of all the sketches and [mostly] unfinished drawings, I felt that this was the most presentable for my gallery!
In my parody project, Red is portrayed as Beowulf, the hero of an Old English epic of the same name, and throughout the story, she fights several monsters and demons. But in the third and last battle, her adamant personality had cost her her life and almost cost her sector of the Rock an eternity in darkness.
Here's the complete character list:
Red = BeoRed [Beowulf]
Boober = Boothgar [Hrothgar]
Sidebottom = Sidonabus [Not based on any character, but I seriously wanted to give Sido a cameo! XD ]
Doozers = Themselves [Supposed to be soldiers, but I just gave them their regular old roles as construction workers--it IS a parody, after all!
]Junior Gorg = Gorgdel Jr. [Grendel]
Ma Gorg = Mother of Gorgdel Jr. [Grendel's Mother]
Gobo = Gobeth [Not based on any actual character, but I based the name off of Macbeth.]
Convincing John = Drajohn [Dragon]
Wembley = Wembraf [Wiglaf]
Cantus = Wextus [... Y'know, I actually forgot this guy's name, but he's supposed to be Wiglaf's father.

Nice art! I think Beowulf is an amazing epic, and Red looks sexy in the part of Beowulf! I think if you would do another epic parody, you should make a Ramayana parody with the Fraggles. The Ramayana is a beautiful epic, and a parody like that with the Fraggles would be cool, especially drawn in the anime style, but with Indian influences, reflecting where the Ramayana comes from.

I figured that but if you read the story recently it is pretty funny. [I read Beowulf and Grendel so it was just icing on the cake for me.] No literally great pic too her expression tis win.

I wish I could, but I was under a tight time constraint (and the deadline was EXTENDED for me), and I was stressing out more over the pictures/visuals than. Plus, at the time, I ended up concentrating more based on the seriousness of FR rather than the "funner" side. D: It's wrong, I know, but I guess I couldn't help myself--especially after hearing about the whole Mudwell thing.
That, and it was almost 11 when I wrote the ending; I may write better at night, but my brain also DIES around the same time! DX

Well, I like the serious side of FR to, I have put most of season 4 on youtube to share [link] and my favorite is one of the darker episodes, (not Mudwell but The River Of Life) it's just to me the nature of how death is handled in that legend seems a bit too bloody to at least have it end the same way, if that makes any sense 
Anyhow, it is a very good drawing, I write most of my fanfics at two in the morning to

Your parody setting is very clever; the names are amusing. As for the picture, my favorite bit is the hair: the way you blended the yellow and red looks good, and actually looks like strands of hair rather than a single mass.
