Thats really funny, about two days a go, i've been there at exactly the same place!
Really nice photograph, including the colors, nice slightly sepia tone in the black and white. One thing it bothering me: most of the tables, the street and sky is 'bleach out', you could/should bring the details back in that, just so you can see some detail.
I also really love the image of the dog, just perfect.

I live in france, I've went to paris a lot of times, the view is beautiful, there is many things you can do there, but one single thing just destroys my hole opinion about paris. There is dog poop everywhere.
