Sometimes I think there's only a few people that have realized how truly depressing NaruHina is and/or can be. This picture is the epitome of my feelings on NaruHina, no matter how much I love it and hope for it, it's a pairing that's against all odds. (And perhpaps that's how Gabzilla feels about Zutara, lol.
) And in a way, this picture pretty much says one thing:
NaruHina sucks.
Yes.
Yes it sucks.
Because it rocks.
That's why.
It sucks because I love it.
Perhaps a little too much.
And because we may never see it happening.
Because THIS is what NaruHina looks like so far.
And that's why it sucks.

At first the background was supposed to be solid white, and at first Hinata's hair was supposed to be a tad messy, but netther lived to see the end.
I felt like something was missing, so I decided to put lyrics in the background. Normally I would have written something that I made up on the spot, but instead my newfound Tegan&Sara hype got the best of me.
The Lyrics of the song "Where Does the Good Go?" And I think it fits.

Well look at this, I'm already the second one to come back here and celebrate that NaruHina rocks now officially when there were times it sucked so much. And those were long and ugly. But now it's all fine.
I'm here to thank you because this artwork brought me to Tegan and Sara and I loved them ever since. It's one of few that had an impact on me and one of very few I remember clearly and I've seen a lot in all those years.

I remember seeing this picture way back, when I was going through an intense heartbreak and it was this art alone that spoke to me and made me love naruhina so much.. and also help me fight off my own pain. I've been checking and loving your art for so long now, smiled at your concepts and laughed and loved them, that even Naruto wouldn't believe it
so in light of current events in the manga, I had promised myself that I would come back here to this piece that started it all for me, t if you still had it, and tell you that it was worth it in the end.
And thank you, always and forever for your art, your taste and how your art has helped me... and how this pic is now not canon at all.
And that just makes me so much happy.

In real life I would throw my arms around you and give you a big hug, because I have no proper words to express-- bittersweet gratitude mayhaps-- because now I too am looking back in time and thinking 'omigod, it's really happened hasn't it?', remembering how I felt when I drew this. oh gosh, this all feels surreal now...

The red string of fate is a cool concept in this picture and lyrics made me almost cry reading them.

the way i see it. NaruHina is like shaking a magic 8 ball.
*shakes magic 8 ball* "try again later"
we'll never know until they get face to face screen time where they can actually talk. during the war they dont have that luxury and they both know it, so don't lose hope.
if you re-read the pain arc from 438 you may find things that give you hope.
Evidence/rant:
i found that sakura had some very interesting thoughts about naruto and hinata. which means during her confession to naruto she knew that, and i quote from the manga, "hinata tried to save naruto" (random hyuuga 438) and i quote from sakura herself, "hinata loves naruto" (sakura 442)
also i think Pain meant NOT to kill hinata, like he couldn't handle knowing he became the same as the ones who killed his parents. because "the wounds werent fatal" (Tenten441).

kishi felt it important enough to color it! that gave me so much hope! (i bet sakura is jealous while she is healing hinata because of her IMMENSE... love for naruto and her courage to sacrifice her life for him.) lolz.

IT'S A CONSPIRACY! PAIN'S AKATSUKI WERE ACTUALLY EXTREMIST NARUHINA FANS (Itachi was also a SasuSaku fan), AND ALL THEIR OPERRATIONS WERE A PART OF CUNNING PLAN TO HAVE HINATA TELL NARUTO HER FEELINGS! IT ALL MAKES SENSE!

This was made so and so years ago, especially before 437 I believe... maybe... yes, yes it was, cuz I ended up making something immediately in response to 437 using the lineart from this.

Aww i wouldn't consider this to be a bad drawing at all.
It has a nice style and feel.
I like it a lot! I just don't want to think that they are unreachable! I truly believe they can happen especially with the latest manga! The only thing that could hold them back is kishi not pairing Naruto with anyone!
But i love your reason and spirt to love the pairing i'm almost the exact same way! haha smh x)

Ok, this is not to be mean or anything like that, as much as I am completely won over by the concept of this picture, the drawing itself is really bad and as far as I've seen you can do a LOT better. Maybe this is your older work, I don't know. But it would be so great if you'd redo and re upload it as a better quality work.

Yeahhhh.... This IS older work, and there's really no way not to know because the stats are right there and it says 'August 3 2008'.
And I understand this is not coming from a mean place, but I'm not gonna redo it because I don't feel like it.
And now, I don't want you to think I'm being mean here, but I disagree with the overall statement you have made here. I don't consider it valid constructive criticism because CC is telling someone what they can do better, although perhaps I guess you did say you know I can do better therefore don't need to tell me what parts to do better, but it's just that telling someone to redo it is not constructive criticism. It's like plain criticism lol. I feel like you basically said this deviation is insulting the rest of the gallery therefore it must be redone, but I like to keep my gallery a timeline, and I don't want to re-upload the same idea separately as a 'new and improved' because I don't have these feelings anymore about the way NH is going.
In any case I'm surprised you hadn't jumped on my 2007 stuff and complained about your disappointment there haha.

I see the timeline and I don't care about the overall look of your gallery, so the work could not possibly be "insulting it". As long as I like particular pieces of your work I'm happy.
I didn't "jump on your 2007 stuff", because I only liked this one and wanted to see it in a new version that I can download. I was hoping for a new work, not complaining about the old one.

I wasn't mad, not personally, cuz I know communication isn't easy and there's always room for bad interpretation, and I tried to be absolutely sure what I wanted to say and be absolutely sure what you were saying, and that was the only way I could understand it, and that it still sounded a shade snotty to me though you may not have meant it to. And now I see you didn't intend it to.
If you just wanted a prettier version for download, you could've told me that and I would've done it as a request. I guess it would be easy enough to trace over and flat color... ;;; puhhh, well I derp then, forgive me.

Dammit Naruto! Grab Ahold Of The Damn String Of Hope And LOVE and Faith Hinata Gives You!! F*** Sakura Turn The F*** Around!! (T.T) I agree with you 101% About Naruhina being together. It sucks because she accepts that He probably won't love her after all of this and they never even mentioned in the Anime and Manga about her confession to Naruto even ONCE which sorta pissed me off at first. But I agree that it may not happen and all we can do is hope and pray that they may atleast have a moment with eachother and believe. T.T
It's killing me to say this because I love Naruhina a whole lot and want them atleast be friggin' alone together without Sakura doing her damn Fake confession because of her SasGAY. Damn her!
