*gasp* I've completed something.Yus, this is for my latest AU, mmhmmm~ If you recall a particular journal I made some weeks ago about a fanfic idea... this is that fanfic.
EVENTUALLY I will be able to share that 'AU #2' from that recent sketch dump I made. And hopefully I can also complete the next STS chapter, and so on and so forth, and holy crap why do I have all of these stories to begin with?!??!
As for this image, yes, it bears somewhat striking resemblance to one of the famous fanarts of our disappeared dearest, the one Keroyon-jima.
I forgot how I came to decide on that fanart, or what made me think of it thus googling it, but when I saw it again so many epiphanies fell upon me all at once.
However I feel a tad silly at the mo' about divulging the 'symbolism' that I saw, and the 'symbolism' here as well... *ahem* ... so maybe some other time.
btw, Hinata's hair is NOT half dyed red, pfff wut. lol
Fanfic title was borrowed from/inspired by Meg & Dia's song "Just One of Those Things"
Errors: Hinata's ear is missing. Line for Naruto's forearm in the bg is missing.
Update: Improved Hinata's lace undershirt. Added pattern to her chest there, see it peeking? jk

This wasn't traced, and I didn't claim the pose/composition as my own, so there is no alleged stealing here. And I already did credit the artist Keroyon-jima in my artist's comment. So thanks for not reading that.
BTW, every NaruHina fan knows that image and Keroyon-jima. So I didn't link back to the source because everyone recognizes that image and only an idiot thinks they can get away with a Keroyon-jima look-alike and claim it as their own.

just as easily as i provided a link you could have too in the description... and dont assume everyone knows who that is because i didnt know who it was till now and trust me i've seen keroyon-jima's work all over the place before but ive never known who it was cause no one ever sites their source.
and unless you just added that line smh at myself for not seeing it i cant believe out of all the lines i missed that one. i tried to make sure i read over the description multiple times before i wrote my comment but i failed...my bad

That was deliberate choice. 6.6 The original image that this is already very similar to is Keroyon-jima's drawing, and it worked in my favor when I thought about it enough. So there's symbolism to this.

It's yet another side-project thing, but moreso than the others cuz I'm not having it beta-ed, and I'm not making heavy edits to it either. It's kind of willy-nilly for now.

I had liked the idea of Hinata wearing a burnout-lace undershirt~ <3 I shoulda duplicated the lace layer to make it darker but oh wells~
