I have a question because i'm almost not experienced in digital manipulations. How do you do that ?

Camera on motor drive panning with the trick. Used Photoshop cs2 to photomerge 4 photos, getting the background perfect. Then overlaid the skiing sequence using perspective tool to get each frame into position, I cutting out the skiers using various methods and then did clean up work with clone stamp and the healing brush.
Did some post work unsharpened mask, curves and colour balance.
