Well actually no not with that perticular concept. Actually I haven't watched alot of anime's that can even be compared to Fullmetal :/

Eh... I've watched worse such as...
Fruits Basket ( it has a moral in every stinkin' episode)
Ouran Highschool Host Club ( fairley awkward at times but the outtakes are usually hilarious)
Azumanga Daioh (that one was pretty funny)
Shugo Chara (that one also had many possible morals)
Negima (also fairley awkward because it's at an all girls school with a kid teacher [that just so happens to be male])
Naruto/ Naruto Shippuden ( i got kinda bored after a while)
Tokyo Mew Mew (again with the morals)
And my most recent anime watching experience : Fullmetal Panic (funny and awkward at the same time, but it's a giant robot anime[mecha?])

HAHAHA! looks like you have quite the experience i've only ever watched DNAngel (main character is sooo whiny and annoying) and Chrono Crusade... which was awesome. But i've just gotten my pokemon black working so i probably wont be watching must anime now xD
