Wings Decided she'd try to make a model.I Fail. :C
btw, I stole Wes's Eyebrows because I'm to derp to make my own sorry hurrr.
I wanted a low poly version of Megamind.-> as you can see, it dosen't look right. :C
needs a bigger head and it looks really creepy.
you should have seen it earlier. *sobs

XDD MMD-Artist already gave you all the tips I would have. The only thing I notice is that the eye connections look a little..I dunno, funky. Maybe a bit stretched. Hard for me to tell what's going on there, though, unless I can see the wireframe. :'D And the cheeks could probably slope a bit more gradually.
But seriously, aside from that he actually looks really good. *V* I love how you did his lips, HNGG. The mouth shape in general makes me very happy.

Well The eye connections suck because I honestly have no Idea what I'm doing with these polygons < A > pfft.
I wanted to try making an eye, But Personally I think I'd have better luck just texturing them on. lol.

oh yeah the eye connections are deferentially stretched.
I think his profile looks pretty okay (nose and lip wise). his forehead isn't big enough and the chin really needs work.

I'm happy how it turned out too. lol.
but it's still a piece of crap lol.

XD I see, and yeah, I thought so. Typically you want a ring or two of polygons around the eye. Usually I actually plot out the eyes first, since it makes the rest of the head much easier. =v= [link] something like this~
I do agree the profile looks very good. xDD I am so terrible at profiles so I have to admire that it looks so good. *V*

Don't worry, I can help you with metaseq. Here's some suggestions: see how there's a line in that nose? The segments are not aligned right. The pupils need to be a tad smaller, eye brows a bit smaller and curved up more, try making the mouth closed, beard a bit thinner, and the whole head bigger, and try to mesh the whole thing out

Well, there's two ways to do it 
Object>Mesh Smoothing> And select 2 for the best results. Another way is to select the object with the head, right click on it, and do this: Rightclick>Catmull-Clark>2. Catmull clark is different because it's a lot easier to control the segments
