I just fell in love... with copic-style markers!These sketches were made at a local convention. Hope you like!

Silly me, I JUST read that those were made during a convention, so the lack of background is understandable. I don't know how could I manage to skip your short description, I guess it's because the drawings were so good, I wanted to comment on them right now!Β

Wow. I love both pictures - the poses, facial expressions, colours and did I mention poses? Because they're really awesome! Very good shading, too, especially on the cape & mantle. The vivid yellow of the sun on Superman's piece adds a feel of action to the rather calm figure and I always felt that yellow is kinda lacking in the new redesign of Big Blue, so I reallly like the background choice here. The Obi-Wan part is much more dynamic by itself, so the lack of background doesn't really bother me here. Although one could say that it has a background in the form of your desk. 
All in all, I think that these fan arts are great and I love them both! I'm a big fan of Superman, but I never could bring myself to care about Star Wars. But like I said, to me, your Obi-Wan is just as awesome as your Supes.Β
