Description
This is a picture of Thalia from the Percy Jackson series, although it seems somewhat contrary to the character's nature, considering that she fears of heights. So, as to why she is sitting against an eagle statue that protrudes off the side of a tall building, I know not. I like how it kind of makes her look somewhat like she has angel wings.
I decided to do this one in all graphite and used one of those paper rolls to blend it. It's definitely a departure from the usual, vibrant copic marker job, but honestly, I think it works well in this picture and suits the mood. Oh, and sorry for the poopsworthy resolution, my scanner hates me! 
I love the Percy Jackson series, so don't be surprised if I draw more of the characters soon! (Nico, Percy, Jason, Leo, or Piper are likely candidates.)

Thanks! I want to do one of those art improvement comparison re-draw things with this picture. I drew it so long ago and have got better at graphite and overall drawing since. I think it would be a fun project.
