I used a toner but it made have zombie-grey hair!

hmm..try using shimmering lights shampoo and conditioner if you havent already. this stuff really takes any yellow out and if you leave it in too long itll just turn your hair slightly purple, which will fade out to white.
if that doesnt work im not sure what will...you may want to talk to a hair stylist for help.
