Seattle has 3 months of beautiful, beautiful summer. Very hot and sun all day long. then there's about 2 months, usually January/February of terrible wind and freezing cold but no snow! And the rest of the year is indeed full of rain haha. Being born and raised here I love the rain...especially in spring and fall when it's a little warmer and I can pull on a jacket and rain boots and go walk in the nature parks.
If you ever have the chance to come here, do it! Anytime between April-September is best.
