Woohoo, a new pixel! <3 T'is Shiita, or rather, Shiita's past life self, Capricorn (not in sailor fuku though). I tried to give her eye a glowy look, since she has very good night vision. I'm still experimenting with shading, as you can see. Hair still remains very difficult for me, so I'm very glad for bases with pre-made hair. ^_^--------------------------
Sailor Moon and the concept of sailor senshi doesn't belong to me, it belongs to Naoko Takeuchi.
Shiita / Capricorn does belong to me.

It's not that envy-worthy! XD; I got most of it off the base. I just cleaned up, changed colours and made the top and choker, changed the background and made the eye glow a bit. D:
