A pic I made some time ago for 's Raichu-themed contest. :3In the pokemon games, it's possible for Raichu to have the HM "fly" without cheating by evolving a special-move Pikachu.

Same with surf! Matter of fact, I'd prefer surf over fly, but there's just one thing I'd like to say about this work in particular... It looks like that Raichu came from the Hundred Acre Wood. It's cute!

Thank you. ^^ I feel that Fly is a bit more special, since surfing Raichu has been available for a while now (you can transfer one from Pokemon Battle Revolution).

Yes, there was an event Pikachu that had Fly as a special move. Too bad you couldn't transfer it to newer games(HM move >_> ).
Good news about that though: In Heart Gold and Soul Silver there is possible to get a pokewalker course where you can find Flying Pikachus~ :3
