I do agree. Pickachu is promoted so much that many fans forget Pokemon and only obtained the means of reaching their full potential after evolving and training. Though Ash's pikachu had a lot of experience it is very ridiculous how over powered he is considering it hasn't evolved and probably never will. It's quite a shame.
