I'm in a wierd mood here, so I'll tell you the stream thats running through my head right now. From the title 'hullo', makes me think of greeting, and the kinda clash as you meet a friend again, but you interlock at the same time, old jokes and fun contrasting with trying to reevaluate each other and see if anything has changed. As this tension vanishes, the pixel drag and circles - melts into friendship once again. It's probably all bull, but I thought I'd share anyhow.

the 3d is interesting, but the pixel drag is so.. early 2000s
you have a nice asymmetry in the 3d which has less impact after you added the circles and the pixel drag.
