But I am Assuming that the asriel dreemurr fight is really difficult.

It's actually ridiculously easy because you can't lose. Asriel wants to kill you so he can reset the game and repeat this forever so you'll never turn off the "game" and leave him forever, but if he does manage to kill you...the heart representing your soul reforms itself and says: "...But it refused." and the fight continues.
That's actually worked into the game too because he starts mocking that even if you aren't permanently dying you and your friends are still losing a bit of yourselves each time you die, but I myself died about six or so times the first time I fought him and I still saved him.
Pretty sure the subconscious idea behind this is that the player has proved they're only out to save everyone as opposed to kill everyone; so it's "on your side".
The real hardest fight of the game is...well...down a different route. And the reason it's hard there is because the game is trying to get you to "rage quit" so that you won't permanently corrupt it.
