Description -Name: Green Arrow a.k.a. Arrow or GA for short

-Basis: LNER V2 2-6-0 Tender Engine

-Built Date: 1936

-First Visited Sodor: 2011

-Number: 4771

-Railway: National Railway Museum; Locomotion; London, Northern, and Eastern Railway (Formerly); British Railways (Formerly)

-Affiliations: National Railway Museum, British Railways, Northwestern Railway (Occasionally), Sir Topham Hatt (Occasionally), Locomotion

-Gender: Male

-Bio: Green Arrow is the sole survivor of his long last class, the LNER V2's, and is one of the residents at the National Railway Museum in York. He is a friendly, noble and pleasant fellow that is always filled with good intentions, and is friends with every engine he meets. While he is grateful to be preserved, other times he can be quite nostalgic and melancholic when thinking about the good old days when steam was in service, and when he and his siblings would also haul express freight services, as they were mixed-traffic based, and this is especially true Arrow actually loves pulling trucks, though he still loves to do any job he is given. Thankfully, these problems help provide that closure whenever he visits Sodor occasionally, and is closest with Thomas the Tank Engine, as the latter had visited the National Railway Museum before, were the two became very close friends, and both can give each other good advice when in need. Green Arrow always appreciates life, and makes it his intention to be useful, regardless of what he does, as he is always filled with honor, compassion, and dignity, and can always help and engine in need.

-Artist's Commentary: Hi guys! So that now I got my head-on promo for Green Arrow, here's the portrait, and you guys may not believe this, but I got both the front and side done today! Wow, could you believe that? But anyways, here is the side, which does look better than the front view, even though it was hell making him look accurate. I also should mention for both views, I even reused some of Flying Scotsman's parts as well. Just let me know if I got anything wrong, as I'll fix it when I get the chance. I hope you like it though!

-UPDATE (3/1/2020): Thanks to my good friend TrainsandCartoons, I realize I got the number wrong, its actually 4771. And I forgot to add these boxes on his side as well! Thanks again man!

He's got a brighter green in the illustrations.

Nice picture.  But I remember that Green Arrow is actually numbered 4771, not 4471, since he's a different class from Flying Scotsman.

I love this guy, though I wish someone would make a picture of him as the Green Arrow. I've wished to see that for years.

Thanks Henry! It was hard to do, but at least I got him! Now I really wish I got to see the real engine, even though its at Shildon! I'm curious though, who is your favorite of the real-life engines that appeared in the franchise (i.e. Stepney, Wilbert, Scotsman, etc.)?

My favorite? There quite a few. If I had to pick one, it would have be the City of Truro. It is a one elegant machine.

I agree! It is a beautiful locomotive. I love its design, and its too bad that they never went into depth for Truro as a character. But eh, budget reasons! As for me, Stepney, as I always enjoyed the adventures of this lively old fellow, and I like the design and his goldenrod livery. But I also think Flying Scotsman is awesome too!

That's true. It does make you wonder tho. Stepneys livery is excellent! Speaking of found locomotive, you hear about the two locomotive s they pulled out of the mud in New Zealand?
