Zodiac monkey
, next fella in my zodiac project.These guys are fun but by jiminy dose their line art take forever in such a huge file size. I thought I could save a billion tons of time with sai but no, no sai wont play with big boys. If I can't use you for smooth line work on big ass files what are you good for sai? I mean really.
Any way, enjoy. More of these to come but going to work on some other stuff in between the next one

That could possibly be the best monkey design I've seen to date. So much interesting stylization going on! It's a combination of so many shapes that I love. All those jagged, fluffy edges!
And of course, dat attitude.

Yeah I love the way "sharp" fluff looks
With these animals I'm trying hard to use the same basic rules in stylisations in each designs given the jaggedness of the horse this means a lot of pointy animals ahead hehe
