Description Ok, this is my first tutorial that I put up on this site, so be gentle. I run a copy of Photoshop CS3, so it is geared toward people with CS2 or better.

Tell me if you use this in your project, I would really like to see how you use it. Throw some credit my way while your at it!

Great tutorial! It was very helpful. I forgot that water whips should have people's reflections in them.

mmm..close but no cigar. I like the reflection in the water effect though. I probably wouldnt have thought of that.
