What program do you use to animate your videos? OvO

What part of the video does each program deal with, if I may?
I want to get into song-memes because I've always adored them ;v;
My recent favorites being "Dreams" and "Bi-Polar" - although this iRobot one is fitting too.
I haven't messed with After Effects since highschool, I have Photoshop CS3/CS6...
And I have NEVER once in my life touched flash.

I use photoshop if I want to do something detailed that would be hard to tween, flash for things that are easiest done with tweening, aftereffects for compositing and effects/final touches etc.
