"X, Zero... Don't worry about me. I can handle things just fine!"

I am kind of stupid for putting this comic together at this time because my joint is kinda hurting now, so I think I should definitely ease off drawing big things after this (plus... my Spring Break is over soon.) But even so, it's been a long time since I've done a clean-proper comic not on sketchbook paper, so this was kinda refreshing to do. Although, given what I have to deal with now, I don't know how often I can do this-- at least in a short sitting.

Anywho-how, I actually had this idea when X and Zero got back together in either MvC:I or PxZ2 (I can't remember exactly, that's how long ago it was). But still, I was thinking about how Zero was mostly the guy to get into crossovers, and so he'd end up too occupied to spend time with X. But luckily in some recent crossover games, the two have touched bases a couple of times. This most recent case would have to be Smash Ultimate, since Zero took Elec Man's place as the Mega Man Assist Trophy character. So, I guess we can say this is taking place after all that?

Overall, I guess that doesn't matter too much. These two are always dealing with so much crazy stuff, they hardly have time to wind down.

Which then begs the other question, if a crossover requires the two to be away from CAPCOM for an extended period of time, time doesn't simply stop back home. So now that the big boys are gone... I think we know who is taking advantage of this. (Maybe, it depends how much longer Signas can keep saying "No".)

It's kinda funny how much lighter these comics look after fiddling with my sketchbook for so long, but also I have to be careful as to how much I'm inking in because of the inflammation in my good hand. In the end, I guess it's for the best since you can focus more on the subjects of each panel, right? ( ^ -^);

(Just like all the attention I had to put into getting Zero's hair right as he's lying on his back, uwaghh-- It was worth it though. )
