Description
So, this is a new OC for my Erma fanon series that will make her debut much later in my written story.I have to keep much of her Biography to myself for spoiler reasons.
But, I can saw she is linked from the Yokai Village, is linked to Emiko's family,
and, has the unique talent to see into the future..Butm can only forsaw BAD futures (like the Greek figure Cassandra)
Foremost, she is based on the "Jorō-Gumo". a type of Yokai otherwise known as "Spider Women"
As well as "The Spider Witch" from Ghostbusters , Madame Webb from the Spider-Man series.
(and, maybe a bit of Charlotte A. Cavatica from Charlotte's Web..JUST a little.)

I haven't watched Ghostbusters and the Spider-Man series yet but Tula is SO COOL! She's like a spider version of Fumiko Yureimoto!
It's sad though Tula can only see bad futures BUT bright side, if she can see them coming, there's a chance they can be averted.

By "Spider-Man Series", I meant the franchise as a whole.
[But, the Madame Web that I was thinking of was this one.]

Tula's "Doomsday Prophecy's" was based on Spider-Man's spider sense.
as if Spider-Man typically senses when danger is going to happen, then what's the advanced version of that?
Tula (as a Half Spider) has that Spider Sense, but is more experienced with it.
She can see dangers far into the future, not just recent ones.
(so, I guess Spiders make great fortune tellers..to an extent.)

One of my listed basis, yes.
It's not hard, given one of Spider-Man's main powers is his Spider Sense,
which is like a low level form of psychic ability, which Madame Webb is known for.
So, it's pretty easy to imagine a scenario in Japanese Folklore,
where a "Spider Woman" Yokai is a seer who lures humans desiring to know their future.
