I commented on this already, lol. Where was it taken? Those clouds look very mean! I like how you got the grasses in the foreground, it helps to anchor the scene down I think.

It was a very cold day in a place called Godrevy in Cornwall. It was one of the first photos I took with my DSLR camera and it's still one of the best...not sure that's a very good reflection on the photographer

I've never heard of it, but like Cornwall. The weather is pretty much like it was when I last holidayed there a few summers ago.

I had family down there and used to spend a lot of time exploring with my camera...the weather was always pretty hit or miss! Most of photography is 'right time, right place' so I had the right camera at the right time for this shot so it's all good

All our family holidays used to be taken there, some lovely places!

Definitely, it's a very photogenic place with all the granite stones jutting out the ground, trees at funny angles and gorse bushes. I'll hopefully be going back there this summer
