Ahh, so this is Chatsworth. Or as I know it, the backdrop for the Church! It's lovely scenery and it's graced many a render I've done since getting it. I've always wondered though. How do you get such seamless panorama's?

Thanks, with this one I stitched it all together manually but Microsoft ICE is pretty good at making panoramas from multiple images and better yet, it's free

Manually? I dare not imagine how mind bogglingly insane that must be to not get a noticeable seam. I have enough trouble just creating tileable textures.

Have you ever had a dream where you are standing in the middle of a beautiful scene and then later see an image of that scene? I think I was standing near that tree on the other side of the river...when I saw this image all I could do was stare at it with my mouth open. Spooky!
