Some people might remember Citadel the icy character I designed ages ago. If not go here: [link]She hasnt actually changed much, except for her hair style. Credit for the hair goes to ~VanillaKitsune cause she let me ref it.
Im planning on doing one pic similar style to this with the other three guardians.

Ah, coolness - literaly. X,3 I love the colors and the background you've got going on here. It all seems fitting to the character. The body structure seems good to me - I think you've definetly made some progress with it. ; ) And I don't see the crappyness of the ice! D: I love the ice.

It looks pretty good, I think the shading still needs to stand out more since it's hard to see some shadows.
