Yet another commission for dear =izka197 .This time she requested for me to draw her elegant OC, Celeste.
I hope I drew her right QAQ
I used a very long time on this picture (partly because I was lazy and partly because I didn't want to rush it and there was a lot to be drawn).
I hope the time was worth it QwQ
