Decided to diversify my dessert menu to include...ICE CREAM (my other love).
This is Katzie, a pet of , a wonderful PS person, presented in mango ice cream form with toffee topping.

It just makes such a sweet sweet dessert.. and the toffee / caramel topping works so well with Katzie's colors.
