Description
The evo of Bellime. I actually like this guy more than Voyagon and Oriogon. Chronobell is based off a clock tower and it evolves from Bellime at lv. 45Chronobell(chronicle+bell)
Type: Steel/ Chrono(time)
Ability:Levitate
Clock tower pokemon
The jewels glow brightly when it's using power over time. Once made entirely of steel, some of it has broken down and chipped off to reveal a brick frame.

Not saying it's a copy. There are big differences, but I think it's the huge bell and the oldness look to it that does it. Although Bronzong kicks a$$, so anything that even remotely looks like it has the same awesomeness.
So tangent aside, great job man!! Looking through your gallery you can see a big improvement. Keep it up!

I love this poke'mon a LOT. Although it does feel a bit too powerful, perhaps it should be a legendary of some sort?
Anyhoo, I wish you would expand on the description a bit. What aprticular time powers does it have? Time travel? The slowing or speeding up of time? Perhaps it can freeze time?
